Normally used by on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday by people that have left things just a little bit to close to the last minute or more than ever these days sadly by people that have been let down by other fancy dress sites by being told Thursday their goods are out of stock!

Fancy Dress Bonanza tries to be as thorough as possible in its representation of each and every product we offer for sale. Accurate images, detailed descriptions and sizes. But sometimes there is a need to return (or exchange) a costume, so we want to make you aware of our proper procedure for returning merchandise to us.
To return faulty products please notify us by email or phone before returning your item(s). To receive exchange authorization before sending your item(s) back, you can reach us at 0113 253 2211, or email a member of staff at info@fancydressbonanza.co.uk. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We are very strict on this. We inspect every return thoroughly for signs of wear. If you wear it or stretch it out, please don´t return it! You wouldn´t want to buy something you thought was brand new that someone else had worn, would you? Simply indicate the reason for your return, include your full contact information and order number if available with your return, and wrap the package securely.

You must contact us within 48 hours to let us know your items are defective.
Some items are never returnable (for hygienic reasons). These include undergarments, wigs, beards, moustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks, and of course, any item that is sold as Clearance.
The cost of the return postage will be the customers liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.
If you are not happy with any product you have ordered and received from ourselves, then you may return them to us within 7 days by RECORDED DELIVERY for either an exchange, credit note or refund. If you choose to exchange the unwanted item for an exchange totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the credit note.
Returned non faulty goods may incur a £4.00 administration fee which is charged per order.
No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us.
